Enstrom Helicopter Helps Celebrate Vertical Aviation at EAA
Enstrom Helicopter Corporation will fly its latest helicopter models to Oshkosh, Wisconsin for EAA AirVenture from July 20-26.
For decades, Enstrom has been a consistent representative of the rotorcraft side of aviation at EAA AirVenture. This year, vertical flight will receive an even bigger spotlight at the 73rd annual fly-in, as the Experimental Aircraft Association announced its new EAA Vertical Lift Center earlier this year in coordination with Vertical Aviation International (VAI).
The Vertical Lift Center is a unique area that focuses on the growing potential of helicopters, drones, and similar technology. The dedicated space will display aircraft as well as promote rotorcraft education, industry recruitment, and innovative technology.
Enstrom Helicopter will display a 480B in the Vertical Lift Center and a 280FX and 480B at Booth #333. These three helicopters are the same models that debuted at VAI Verticon earlier this year.
Multiple Enstrom representatives will be there as well, ready to connect and network with anyone with a passion for helicopters. Notable names will include Company Owner Chuck Surack, President Adam Richardson, Senior Vice President Charles Wade, Senior Vice President Todd Tetzlaff, Vice President Doug Smith, Vice President Dan Goodrich, Senior Technical Fellow Bayard Dupont, Head of Engineering Vijay Krishna, and Inside Sales Coordinator Brevyn Elliot.
“Nearly 700,000 people will be at Oshkosh this year, and many of them will be eager to learn more about helicopters thanks to EAA’s renewed emphasis on vertical flight,” said Adam Richardson. “Enstrom is proud to showcase exactly how thrilling and powerful the rotorcraft side of aviation can be.”
Tickets to EAA AirVenture 2026 are still available on the EAA website.
