This person will work in the Engineering department and will be responsible for providing oversight and mentoring to the Design Engineering staff in regards to the design and substantiation of components, subsystems, and systems for the aircraft; investigating/resolving Engineering-related issues generated by Production, vendors, or field operators; and will be responsible for direct hires within the Design Engineering group. Performs final assembly installation of all major and subassemblies. Assemble final stages of helicopter prior to flight. Make all final rigging adjustments prior to flight. Works squawks off on helicopters before and during flight testing. All work performed in accordance with blueprints and specifications. Read more »
Performs inspection of work in process, i.e., parts subassemblies and assemblies which will be assembled into final components, for correctness according to blueprints, drawings, and the requirements set forth in the Enstrom Quality Assurance Manual. Read more »
Will work in the Engineering department Design Group performing avionics integration, electrical and electronic design and integration, and installation design for electrical components and systems for the aircraft. Read more »
Will provide interdisciplinary engineering support in structural analysis activities and may include material selection and research and metallurgical evaluation in the development of rotorcraft products. Work may encompass a wide range of engineering problems and may involve design and development engineering assignments related to products and systems including the engineering of new products and updates to existing products. The individual will work in the Experimental Engineering department and will be responsible for conducting, overseeing, and managing R&D and certification ground/flight testing; providing oversight and mentoring to the Experimental Engineering group in test preparation, instrumentation, safety of flight coordination, test conduct, and test reporting; participating in FAA certification projects; and supporting other Engineering Groups on an “as needed/as available” basis depending upon his/her other skills and abilities Read more »
